Nucleo Capital Group LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the mobile application Nucleo RE Prep ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. By downloading and using Nucleo RE Prep, you agree to the practices described in this document.

The only data we collect is the username you voluntarily enter when you open the App for the first time. This name is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to any external server.

2.2 Information Generated by App Usage

All study progress — including answered questions, percentages, starred questions, failed question bank, and daily streak — is stored exclusively in your device's local storage (localStorage). This information never leaves your phone.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Device identifiers
• Browsing data or cookies
• Financial or credit card information

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time purchase of $4.99 to unlock Exams 2, 3, and 4. This transaction is processed exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. Nucleo Capital Group LLC does not have access to your payment information, card number, or any financial data at any time.

4. Third-Party Data

The App does not integrate analytics tools, advertising networks, social media platforms, or any third-party SDKs that collect user data. We do not share information with third parties because we do not collect personal information to share.

5. Local Storage and Data Retention

All content generated by App usage is stored locally on your device using localStorage technology. You can delete all your data at any time from the Statistics section of the App using the "Reset all progress" button, or by uninstalling the application from your device.

6. Security

Since we do not collect or transmit personal data to external servers, your information is never exposed to external security breaches. Everything remains on your device under the protection of your phone's operating system.

7. Children's Privacy

Nucleo RE Prep is designed for users over the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times.

9. Do Not Track

Nucleo RE Prep does not track users across third-party websites or online services.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. The "Last updated" date will indicate when it was last modified.
